Over the last few years, the plastic material industry has seen tremendous changes, which have even eclipsed the developments in the steel industry.

Then revolution in plastics is mainly due to the many benefits plastic offers over traditional material.

The automotive sector has been one of the main driving forces behind this change. This has led to an increased demand in this field.

Generally speaking, the production process involves the following, amongst others:

• Injectors from 60 to 1,800 MT.
• Parts weighing a few grams to several kilos.
• Injection with horizontal-vertical system.
• Injection with nitrogen gas for large thicknesses
• ABS, PC, PP, Nylon, Polyester, SAM, POM, with several different loads
• Marking by screen printing, pad printing or transfer.
• Painting on plastic layers (PP, ABS, etc.), priming of components; colour (epoxy or polyurethane); polyurethane or acrylic varnish; with solvents or water soluble.
• Mounting assemblies with or without motor
